   研究者将动作与策略表示为向量，检验语义几何能否在动作执行前识别适用策略并判断其关系，四项研究均未建立可靠的预执行判断。最终合成研究中，词汇路由器找回全部适用与阻断策略，并将策略检查中位数降低 97.7%，但组合流水线仍对全部 2,304 个测试动作（含本应放行的动作）一律升级；把全部策略输入同一机制也未改变任何决策。
