   Oracle正用卡车运送压缩天然气，为尚无法接入管道的AI数据中心供气，成本约为枢纽气价的四倍。公路运输让盐湖城外一处站点等待管道一年多期间仍能推进，也在为德州Shackelford县的OpenAI园区早期建设供电；新墨西哥州的Project Jupiter因管道路权两次被拒，开工推迟到2月。欧洲面临同样并网瓶颈，西班牙拟要求1MW以上新数据中心每小时80%电力来自可再生能源，否则拒绝并网。
