   韩国计划通过政府股权投资 4.7 万亿韩元（34.9 亿美元）开发本土前沿 AI 模型，资金列入 2027 年预算提案，尚待议会批准。政府还将启动面向初创企业的公开竞赛，LG AI Research、SK Telecom 和 Upstage 的决赛入围者不会自动获得追加资金；官员承认韩国无法匹敌美国巨头，但可对中国领先开源模型形成竞争。
